Child Care Essentials is a resource booklet to help families choose quality child care in Nebraska.

Develop a name and identity for the booklet that aligned with the Nebraska Department of Education’s brand standards, and present the content in a visually engaging and user-friendly way to help parents understand how to identify quality child care. Provided content was thoughtfully edited to be accessible for diverse families across the state, in both digital and print format, and offer relevant information based on age group.

The guide was designed to be user-friendly, with clear breakdowns of information for different age groups. It was also important for additional resources be easily accessible.
